About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2013 No. 614

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2013 No. 614 "About procedure for establishment and use of social norm of consumption of electrical energy (capacity) and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning establishment and use of social norm of consumption of electrical energy (capacity)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 31, Art. 4216; 2014, No. 9, Art. 919; No. 14, Art. 1627).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

1. In Item 3:
a) in the paragraph the second to exclude the words "till April 1, 2016, but";
b) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"According to the solution of the management official of the subject of the Russian Federation (the head of the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation) the social norm can not be established and not be applied to the population and (or) categories of consumers equated to it.";
c) add with the paragraph of the following content:
"If the decision on use of social norm is not made till March 1, 2016, that management official of the subject of the Russian Federation (the head of the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation) has the right to make the decision on use of social norm not earlier than January 1, 2017".
