1. Exemption of shortages in funds of compulsory medical insurance for the period preceding 2015 (further - Release) is provided to categories of the payers specified in Items 1 and 3 of appendix 2 to the Law No. 1593-XV of December 26, 2002 "About the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance" namely:

1) Unemployed physical persons with residence in the Republic of Moldova who treat one of the following categories:

a) owners of lands of agricultural purpose, except kitchen gardens and the parcels of land for truck farming irrespective of, they told or did not lease these lands or use based on the agreement, except for owners – persons with the heavy, expressed or average extent of restriction of opportunities or pensioners;

b) founders of sole proprietor companies, except for pensioners and persons with the heavy, expressed or average extent of restriction of opportunities;

c) physical persons which based on the agreement lease or have in use of the earth of agricultural purpose, except kitchen gardens and the parcels of land for truck farming;

d) owners of entrepreneurial patents, except for owners – pensioners and persons with the heavy, expressed or average extent of restriction of opportunities;
