About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning activities of military civil authorities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, Art. 170 with subsequent changes):

1) the first offer of part two of Article 42 to add with words "except cases of early termination of powers of the rural, settlement, city chairman according to the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities";

2) in Article 78:

in parts two and the fourth words "part one of this Article" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Items 1, 2 parts one of this Article";

after part four to add with new part of the following content:

"5. Powers rural, settlement, city, district in the city, regional, regional council in the presence of the bases, stipulated in Item 3 parts one of this Article, ahead of schedule stop from the date of entry into force of the act of the President of Ukraine of creation of the relevant military civil authorities".

With respect thereto the fifth and sixth to consider parts respectively parts six and the seventh;

3) in Article 79:

in part two:

"and also in the case provided by the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities" to exclude words;

add with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Powers of the rural, settlement, city chairman can be ahead of schedule stopped also in the case provided by the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities";

in word part three "part two of this Article" shall be replaced with words "paragraph one of part two of this Article";

in part eleven:

in Item 3 of the word "in part two of this Article" shall be replaced with words "in paragraph one of part two of this Article";

add with Item 3-1 of the following content:
