About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 21, 1998 No. 622

According to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in compliance with the legislation I order:

1. Make changes to paragraph two of Item 5.1 of Chapter 5 of the Instruction on procedure for production, acquisition, storage, accounting, the transportation and use of fire, pneumatic, and cold weapon, devices of national production for shooting of the cartridges equipped with throwing shells of nonlethal action, and cartridges, rubber or similar on the properties, to them, and also ammunition to weapon, the main parts of weapon and explosive materials approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 21, 1998 No. 622, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 7, 1998 on No. 637/3077, namely the words "presentation to such person of accusation in crime execution" shall be replaced with words "the notification of such person on suspicion or creation concerning such person the notification on suspicion, it is not handed owing to not establishment of its location".

2. To department of public safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Babich I. S.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. I reserve control of execution of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
