About additional measures for enhancement of activities of state bodies on places on ensuring complex development of the territories

For the purpose of implementation on system basis of program measures for ensuring the complex and balanced development of the territories, to rational use of the available natural and raw, potential and labor production of regions, optimum placement of productive forces and steady growth of level and quality of life of the population, and also further enhancement of the organization and increase in efficiency of activities of executive bodies on places:

1. Accept the offer of khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent, the Ministry of Economics and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education:

in structure of management personnel of hokimyat of areas and the city of Tashkent of summary managements on complex development of the territory with the corresponding abolition of head departments of economy of areas and the city of Tashkent;

in structure of management personnel of hokimyat of areas and cities of departments of complex development of the territory based on the abolished departments of economy of areas and the cities.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan to make offers on further enhancement and strengthening of activities of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month.

3. Determine the main objectives and activities of summary managements by complex development of the territories:
