Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the purposes and the principles of the International organization of the supreme bodies of financial control (INTOSAI),

attaching importance to implementation of the agreements reached at the sessions of Council of heads of the supreme bodies of financial control of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States

based on the principles of mutual respect, trust, equality and mutually beneficial cooperation,

expressing mutual aspiration to increase in efficiency of the state financial control,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties within the competence perform cooperation in the following main directions:

a) experience exchange in the field of methodology and procedure of the state financial control;

b) interaction in the field of professional training and advanced training of personnel;

c) organization and carrying out joint surveys, seminars, conferences and working meetings;

d) exchange of acts of the national legal system, professional information and techniques which belong to questions of implementation of the state financial control.

The parties within the powers develop cooperation and in other directions which are of mutual interest.

Article 2

In case of exchange of information and materials within this agreement each of the Parties is guided by the national legal system of the state regulating participation in the international information exchange, protection of the state secrets and other secret protected by the law.

When carrying out joint surveys each of the Parties is guided by the national legal system of the state.

Article 3

Each of the Parties provides confidentiality of the obtained information if the Party which provides information, considers undesirable its distribution.
