About introduction of amendments to article 281 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation

Bring in Article 281 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 52, Art. 4921; 2003, No. 27, Art. 2706; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6997) following changes:

Part the second to add 1) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) if as a result of the taken measures to establish the location of the victim or witness for challenge it was not provided to judicial session possible.";

To add 2) with part vtoroy.1 the following content:

"2.1. In the cases provided by Items 2 - 5 parts two of this Article, the solution on announcement of testimonies of the victim or the witness and on reproduction of video or filming of the investigative actions made with their participation can be accepted court on condition of provision to accused (defendant) in the previous production stages in the matter of opportunity to dispute these proofs by the methods provided by the law.".
