About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state agrarian inspections"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on November 5, 2002
Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state agrarian inspections" (of June 10, 1996, ZR-63) the word "earths" shall be replaced with words "preserving and recoveries of fertility and other useful properties of lands of agricultural purpose".
Article 2. Declare invalid the Item "and" of article 4 of the Law.
Article 3. Recognize invalid article 5 of the Law.
Article 4. Add the article 6 Law with the Item "about 1" of the following content:
"1) preserving and recoveries of fertility and other useful properties of lands of agricultural purpose, their effective use, implementation of monitoring and maintaining the multidimensional inventory,".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective next day after official publication.
