being guided by the Protocol on procedure for collection of indirect taxes and the mechanism of control of their payment during the exporting and commodity import, performance of works, rendering services (Appendix No. 18 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014),

agreed about the following:

Article 1

The parties terminate the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on the principles of collection of indirect taxes during the exporting and commodity import (works) of October 31, 2000.

Article 2

The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt through diplomatic channels of the last written notice of the Parties of accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force.

It is made in Minsk on September 15, 2015 in duplicate, everyone in the Belarusian, Armenian and Russian languages, and all texts are equally authoritative.
