The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure and rules of carrying out obligatory civil liability insurance of subjects of managing for harm which can be caused by the fires and accidents on objects of the increased danger including fire-dangerous objects and objects on which economic activity can lead to accidents of ecological and sanitary and epidemiologic nature, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 16, 2002 No. 1788 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 47, the Art. 2163), changes which are applied.
