About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine on accomplishment of the recommendations containing in the sixth report of the European commission on accomplishment of the Action plan by Ukraine on liberalization of visa regime by the European Union for Ukraine, about enhancement of bases of activities of the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 1032 of the Civil code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 40-44, 356) after part five to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with new part of the following content:

"6. In the cases established by the law, the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes can be the founder of management".

With respect thereto the sixth to consider part part seven.

2. In the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88):

1) in Article 100 part seven:
