Make changes to appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 675 "About approval of proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2800; 2015, to No. 14, the Art. 363), having stated it in edition which is applied.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 675 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 2016 No. 85)

Proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance

1. The amount of single fee on obligatory national social insurance (further - single fee) paid by the payers specified in Items 1 (except the paragraph of the seventh), 4 and 5 parts one of Article 4, the paragraph third part one of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" (further - the Law), is distributed on:

obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case - percent 7,1767;

obligatory national social insurance in connection with temporary disability - percent 7,726;

obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability - percent 6,5397;

obligatory national pension insurance (in solidary system) - percent 78,5576.

2. The amount of the single fee paid by the payers specified in paragraph seven of Item of 1 part one of article 4 of the Law for the military personnel (except the military personnel of compulsory military service), faces of the private and the commanding structure, is distributed on:

obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case - percent 2,7488;

obligatory national pension insurance (in solidary system) - percent 97,2512.
