Bring in the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for accomplishment of the programs connected with social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 936 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 20, 2005 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 38, Art. 2372; 2006, No. 31, Art. 2233; 2007, No. 12, Art. 429; 2008, No. 21, Art. 588; 2011, No. 71, Art. 2684; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249, No. 99, Art. 4015; 2013, No. 36, Art. 1270; 2015, No. 3, the Art. 56), changes which are applied.

1. To state paragraphs of the first and second of Item 13-1 in the following edition:
"13-1. The main manager of budgetary funds carries out distribution of the budgetary funds provided for expense recovery on free food of injured children according to Item 11 parts one and part three of article 30 of the Law between structural divisions concerning social protection of the population regional, Kiev city the state administrations which carry out the corresponding distribution of means between structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of the district, district state administrations in Kiev, executive bodies of city, district councils in the cities according to the number of injured children.
