"1. The notification on holding public action (except for meeting and the picketing which is carried out by one participant without use of pre-fabricated collapsible design) moves his organizer in writing in executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation or local government body not earlier than 15 and no later than 10 days about day of holding public action in time. When carrying out picketing by group of persons or the picketing performed by one participant with use of the pre-fabricated collapsible design creating obstacles for movement of pedestrians and vehicles, the notification on holding public action can move no later than three days about day of its carrying out in time and if the specified days match with Sunday and (or) in the non-working holiday (non-working holidays), - no later than four days about day of its carrying out. If submission due date of the notification on holding public action completely matches with non-working holidays, the notification can be submitted to the last working day preceding non-working holidays.";

b) to add part 1.1 after the words "it is not required" with words ", except for case if this participant assumes to use pre-fabricated collapsible design".
