RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About modification of appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85

For the purpose of ensuring effective implementation of the action plan on liberalization of visa regime by the European Union for Ukraine regarding strengthening of institutional capability of the Public migratory service in the field of management of migration the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make change to appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions of limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, of the Art. 814), having replaced in line item of "GMS" of figure "186", "186", "4613" and "4052" respectively with figures "216", "211", "5083" and "4497".

2. To the Ministry of Finance to provide in the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016 expenses proceeding from the number of employees of the Public migratory service determined by Item 1 of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
