About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning privatization process enhancement

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of state-owned property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 17, Art. 122 with subsequent changes):

Part the second articles 2 after paragraph two to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Openness and transparency".

With respect thereto third - the sixteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the seventeenth;

2) in Article 8:

the paragraph one of part one to state in the following edition:

"1. Can be buyers of subjects to privatization taking into account the restrictions set by this Article";

in part three:

replace paragraph two with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"Legal entities, more than 25 percent of shares (share, shares) which are the owner the state of Ukraine;

legal entities, the owner of any number of shares (shares, shares) and/or the final beneficial owner (controller) of which is the resident of the state recognized by the Supreme Council of Ukraine the state aggressor or the state recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the state aggressor".

the ninth to replace the paragraph with four new paragraphs of the following content:

the legal entities or the related persons registered in the state recognized by the Supreme Council of Ukraine the state aggressor or to which sanctions according to the legislation are applied;

physical persons or the related persons who have nationality of the state recognized by the Supreme Council of Ukraine the state aggressor or to whom sanctions according to the legislation are applied.
