finance divisions of khokimiyats of areas (cities) - sectors on implementation of monitoring of appointment and payment of social benefits and financial support to the needing families and citizens numbering managerial personnel 1 unit, with number of the production personnel determined according to the established standard rates depending on the number of the self-government institutions of citizens assigned to the worker.
