For the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the Law of Ukraine of October 16, 2012 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning activities of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, other central executive bodies which activities go and coordinated through the corresponding ministers" I order to No. 5463-VI:

1. Make change to the Provision item 4 on the organization of training and advanced training of the workers responsible for carrying out financial monitoring of commodity and other exchanges who perform financial operations with goods, state regulation and supervision of which activities is exercised by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the order of January 10, 2012 No. 15, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2012 on No. 332/20645, having replaced word in paragraph one of "the central executive body concerning financial monitoring" with words of "the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing".

2. To department of financial policy (Livy I. Z.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
