Article 1. Types of information, access to which is provided to consumers,

In spheres of delivery of electrical energy, natural gas, heat supply, centralized delivery of hot water, centralized water supply and water disposal easy and free access of information, including by placement by managers (owners) in open access to the Internet is guaranteed to consumers, about:

1) rights of consumers, place and procedure for receipt of information by consumers;

2) the prices/rates constituting them for all categories of consumers, change of prices / rates;

3) to share and cost of the electrical energy made by the generating capacities (by types of the generating capacities), in the wholesale price for electrical energy;

4) parts and costs of the electrical energy made by the generating capacities (by types of the generating capacities), in weighted average cost on electrical energy for the consumer;

5) comparison of prices/rates for goods, services in different regions of Ukraine, and also in Ukraine and other states;

6) forecasts of change of prices/rates and reasons for need of such changes according to the statement of the subject of managing which is provided for establishment of rates for goods, service;
