About approval of Changes in the Code of ethics of employees of division of internal audit

According to the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Code of ethics of employees of division of internal audit approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 29, 2011 No. 1217, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 17, 2011 on No. 1195/19933, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of the government budget of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine together with Management of harmonization of the state internal financial control of the State financial inspection of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of ensuring activities of the Minister (patronage service) of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Yurik I. I.) in ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the Internet.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine and the First Deputy Chairman of the State financial inspection of Ukraine.
