About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for development and accomplishment of scientific and technical programs
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for development and accomplishment of scientific and technical programs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2005 No. 961 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for development and accomplishment of scientific and technical programs and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their separate provisions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 140, 5/16466; 2009, No. 68, 5/29429), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 2:
in word part one of "basic and applied scientific research" shall be replaced with words "research";
"economic and social" to exclude from word part two;
1.2. state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Programs are developed for the next period of action of the priority directions of scientific and technical activities in the Republic of Belarus.";
1.3. in item 4:
words "compliance with programs" shall be replaced with words "framework of programs";
words "fundamental, oriented fundamental and applied" to exclude;
add Item with words ", created on the basis of developed innovations (further - again mastered products)";
1.4. from part four of Item 5 of the word", including basic and applied scientific research" to exclude;
1.5. state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. The draft of the program represented on tender shall consist of three Sections.
