About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring transparency of activities of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In article 22-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 50, Art. 472; 2004, No. 13, Art. 181):

Part third to state 1) in the following edition:

"Information with limited access obtained by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, its territorial departments in the course of implementation of the powers is used by them only for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the tasks determined by the legislation on protection of the economic competition and is not subject to disclosure and publication, except cases:

1) provisions of information to investigation authorities and vessels according to the law;

2) non-compliance with the requirements established by part two of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information";

3) other cases established by the law";

To add 2) after part three with two new parts of the following content:

"Person providing information as information with limited access shall specify what information has limited access including what documents or parts of documents contain information with limited access.
