About additional measures for upgrade of systems of outside lighting in the regional centers and the cities
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 5, 2015 No. PP-2343 "About the Program of measures for reducing power consumption, implementation of energy-saving technologies in industries of economy and the social sphere for 2015-2019", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 20, 2015 No. 299 "About measures for expansion of national production of energy saving lamps", for the purpose of ensuring realization of package of measures for optimization of schemes of electric lighting of streets in the city of Tashkent, the regional centers and the cities of the republic the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that in the republic the full-fledged production base on release of modern energy saving lighting fixtures for outside lighting based on LED technologies is created.
2. In a month to provide to the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on architecture and construction together with the Uzkommunkhizmat agency and other interested ministries, departments high-quality review and the KMK 2.01.05.98 updating "Natural, artificial lighting", taking into account implementation of systems of outside lighting in the city of Tashkent, the regional centers and the cities of the LED lighting fixtures with use of technology of the reflected light meeting international standards.
3. Approve the Program of measures for upgrade of systems of outside lighting developed by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent in the city of Tashkent, the regional centers and the cities based on LED technologies in 2016 - 2019 (further - the Program) according to appendix No. 1*.
