About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state register of the population"

Article 1. Recognize article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia which voided part 4 "About the state register of the population" (ZR-419, of September 24, 2002, further - the Law).

Article 2. Recognize invalid part 3 of article 5 of the Law.

Article 3. To add Item 3 of part 1 of article 6 of the Law after the word "political" with the words "and temporary".

Article 4. To add part 1 of article 7 of the Law after the words "residential address (dwellings)" with words ", and also the personal data provided by part 1 of article 5 of this Law".

Article 5. From article 9 of the Law to withdraw the offer "In identity documents, the registration address of the inhabitant is not specified.".

Article 6. In article 12 of the Law:

a) regarding 1 word "Within Two Years after the Introduction of This Law in Force" shall be replaced with words "According to the terms provided by authorized body";

b) regarding 2 words "within six months" shall be replaced with words "within three months";

c) regarding 3 words "within two years after the introduction of this Law in force" shall be replaced with words "till July 1, 2006";

d) in part 5 of the word "since January 1, 2005" shall be replaced with words "since July 1, 2006".

Article 7. This Law becomes effective from the next day after official publication.
