About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state register of the population"

Article 1. In article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state register of the population" of September 24, 2002, ZR-419-N (further - the Law):
1) words of Item 1 of part 1 "number of the social security card (in case of availability)" shall be replaced with words "registration plate of public services";
Part 1 to add 2) with Item 10 of the following content:
"10) biometric data if their processing is directly provided by the Law.".
Article 2. Recognize invalid part 4 of article 12 of the Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since June 1, 2012.
