About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state register of the population"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state register of the population" of September 24, 2002, the words "and also living in foreign states" shall be replaced with words ZR-419-N (further - the Law) "and also staying on the consular registry for the purpose of accommodation outside the Republic of Armenia for the term of more than 183 days".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 6 of the Law with Item 11 of the following content:

"11) concerning the citizens of the Republic of Armenia staying on the consular registry for the purpose of accommodation outside the Republic of Armenia for the term of more than 183 days".

Article 3. In article 7 of the Law:

Part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Data on the citizens of the Republic of Armenia staying on the consular registry for the purpose of accommodation outside the Republic of Armenia for the term of more than 183 days, the relevant diplomatic representation or consular establishment, or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia in seven-day time officially notify the body keeping the Central register.";

To add 2) with part 3 following of content:

"3. The procedure for provision of data on the citizens of the Republic of Armenia staying on the consular registry to the body keeping the Central register establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 4. The last offer of part 3 of article 8 of the Law after the words "keeping data of their personal accounting" to add with the words "and registering to the address of consular accounting".
