About refining of the List of pilot interstate innovative projects of the Interstate program of innovative cooperation of the State Parties of the CIS for the period till 2020

1. Agree with the offered changes in the List of pilot interstate innovative projects of the Interstate program of innovative cooperation of the State Parties of the CIS for the period till 2020 which is appendix to the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of May 31, 2013, having been reworded as follows it it (is applied).
2. To the State Parties of the Interstate program of innovative cooperation of the State Parties of the CIS for the period till 2020 according to the procedure of exception to perform financing of pilot interstate innovative projects of the program on bilateral basis in case of not financing of the project by the third State Party within six months from acceptance date of this Decision when preserving feasibility of project implementation and possibility of achievement of its ultimate goals.
