Article 1. Part 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public managerial institutions" of October 23, 2001 to add ZR-247, after the words "chairman of Appeal Court" with the new paragraph of the following content:
"organizations of department of the Investigative Committee - the chairman of the Investigative Committee,".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following official publication.
