About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning features of submission by officials of declarations on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature in 2016

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In article 172-6 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

the paragraph one of part one after the words "Untimely Representation" to add with the words "without valid excuse";

add with part four of the following content:

"Submission of obviously false information in the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government

attracts imposing of penalty from one thousand to two thousand five hundred free minima of the income of citizens";

add the note with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Responsibility under this Article for submission of obviously false information in the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government concerning property or other subject to the declaring having cost comes if such data differ from from 100 to 250 minimum wages, reliable on the amount".

2. In article 366-1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"Are punished by penalty from two thousand five hundred to three thousand free minima of the income of citizens or social jobs for a period of hundred fifty till two hundred forty o'clock, or imprisonment for a period of up to two years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years";

add the note with the paragraph the second the following content:
