sure is that only together it is possible to keep the environment and natural wealth;

and also being guided by the Agreement between gosudarstvamiuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States on interaction in the field of ecology and protection of the surrounding environment of February 8, 1992,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties provide social and economic development of the states by preserving and improvement of the environment and natural objects on all space of action of this agreement;

provide optimum conditions, including economic incentives, to the legal entities and physical persons of one state extending and using ecologically safe technologies and the equipment conforming to normative requirements of other state;

inform each other, and also the third parties if it is necessary, about origin or possibility of ecologically dangerous phenomena and catastrophic crashes, jointly to participate in their prevention and liquidation;

Article 2

The parties will pursue coordinated policy on management, protection, reproduction and rational use:

- land and biological resources of mountain systems of the adjacent territories;
