Article 1

Article 2

The parties mutually provide information and the regulating documentation (standards, indexes of standards and specifications, bulletins, magazines and other documents on standardization, metrology and certification) is in duplicate free with the subsequent right of replication, copying and realization in the territory of contracting parties on in addition agreed terms.

The either party can apply regulating documents on standardization, metrology and certification of other Party if their requirements do not contradict the established procedure entered by national authority on standardization, metrology and certification according to the current legislation of this state.
