About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About conservation"

3. To state the name of Chapter XIV in the following edition:
"Chapter XIV. The dispute resolution in the field of conservation. Compensation of damage and responsibility for violation of the nature protection legislation of Turkmenistan".
4. State Article 61 in the following edition:
"Article 61. Obligation of compensation of the damage caused to the environment
1. The legal entities and physical persons which caused environmental damage as a result of its pollution, destruction of plant and animal life, depletion, spoil, irrational use of natural resources, degradation and destruction of ecological systems, natural complexes and natural landscapes as a result of implementation of the economic and other activity or owing to violation of the nature protection legislation of Turkmenistan shall indemnify the caused loss in full according to the legislation of Turkmenistan.
