About modification and amendments in the Code of Turkmenistan about social protection of the population

1. In Article 57:

2) in the organizations and organizations financed by means of the Government budget of Turkmenistan, - at the expense of means of the Pension fund of Turkmenistan according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of Turkmenistan.";

after part one to add with new part of 1-1 following content:

"1-1. Government maternity pays are financed:

1) at the self-supporting companies, in the organizations and organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership, - at the expense of their own means;

2) in the organizations and organizations financed by means of the Government budget of Turkmenistan - at the expense of means of economy of the salary fund.".

2. Add Article 58 with part three of the following content:

"3. In case of the address of citizens about transfer into other type of pensions, public welfare payment or from pensions on public welfare payment, or from public welfare payment for pension the new type of pension or public welfare payment is appointed from the first following after month of filing of application.".
