Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 24, 2015 No. 624 "About approval of Rules of provision and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of part of the direct incured costs on creation and upgrade of objects of agro-industrial complex" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 26, the Art. 3912).
2. Determine that in 2016 provision of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of part of the direct incured costs on creation and upgrade of objects of agro-industrial complex, and also on acquisition of the machinery and equipment is performed concerning objects, the construction and (or) upgrade of which are begun no more than for 2 years preceding year of provision of subsidy according to Rules of provision and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of part of the direct incured costs on creation and upgrade of objects of agro-industrial complex, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 24, 2015 No. 624 "About approval of Rules of provision and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of part of the direct incured costs on creation and upgrade of objects of agro-industrial complex".
