About modification in §33 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make change in §33 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2013, No. 35, the Art. 1238), having added Item 5 after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of approval of regulations on the central executive body is subject to obligatory approval of National civil service regarding functional inspection for the purpose of non-admission of duplication of powers. The national civil service within five working days from the date of the entering registration of this draft of the act provides the corresponding conclusion. In case of failure to provide such conclusion by National civil service in the specified time the draft of the act is considered approved by default.".
