Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the Instruction on clerical work on addresses of citizens in public authorities and local self-government, associations of citizens, at the companies, in organizations, the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, in mass media, Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 14, 1997 No. 348 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 16, Art. 85; 2011, No. 4, Art. 210; 2008, No. 73, Art. 2461):

1) in Item 2:

the first offer of paragraph one after the words "in day of their receipt" to add with words ", and those that arrived in non-working day and time - for the working day following after it";

the paragraph one to add with the offer of the following content: "In case of absence in the organization of electronic document management system the written address received by means of the Internet, means of electronic communication (the electronic address) before registration is printed out on paper.";

add Item after paragraph two with new paragraphs of the following content:

"The electronic address is accepted on certain e-mail address or by filling of electronic form which is posted on the official site of the organization.

Date of submission of the electronic address is receipt date of the address on certain e-mail address or date of filling of electronic form and its sending. If the electronic address arrived on certain e-mail address in non-working day and time, then the working day following after it is considered date of submission of the electronic address.
