The governments of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan, the hereinafter referred to as Parties,
considering importance of maintenance of high combat readiness of Armed Forces and providing them with necessary appliances,
understanding need of creation of conditions for work of the available production capacities on repair and recovery of arms and military equipment,
agreed as follows:
The parties will assist each other in the solution of questions of material logistics of Armed Forces, deliveries of arms, the equipment, ammunition, and also the cooperated bonds of production of military products.
The parties perform state regulation of deliveries and development of main types of military products according to national legal systems and on the basis of the contracts signed by business entities of the Parties. Control of the conclusion and agreement performance on mutual deliveries is performed through relevant organs of management of the Parties.
The parties promote preserving on mutually advantageous basis of the developed production and scientific and technical cooperation between the companies of defense industries in the field of development, production of military products and products of economic appointment, rendering services, and also cooperation in case of supply activity of materials, semifinished products, components necessary for this purpose, the educational and service equipment.
Mutual delivery of arms, military equipment, and also the materials, semifinished products, components and other material resources necessary for providing Armed Forces of the Parties and production of defense products, is performed according to the approved lists on duty-free basis.
