About modification of the Accounting treatment for the organizations of collective management and implementation of supervision of their activities

According to the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation it is ORDERED:

1. Bring in the Accounting treatment for the organizations of collective management and control of their activities approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of May 21, 2003 No. 311, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 4, 2003 at No. 436/7757, the following changes:

Items 3-7 to exclude 1).

With respect thereto to consider Items 8-11 respectively Items 3-6;

Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. Information on the registered organizations of collective management is displayed in the register (appendix 1).";

Appendices 1-3 to exclude 3).

With respect thereto to consider appendices 4-7 respectively appendices 1-4.

In the text of the Procedure for the reference to appendices 1-3 to replace with references respectively with appendices 1-4.

2. To development department of innovations and intellectual property of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (Minich A. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
