Prosecutor's offices of the independent states: The Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republics Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation which further are referred to as with the Parties

- based on the universally recognized norms of international law;

- proceeding from the principles of sovereignty and independence of the states, their aspiration to expand on the basis of mutual understanding and benefit cooperation between bodies of prosecutor's office;

- being guided by need of ensuring reliable protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens;

- for the purpose of determination of conditions of cooperation and cross liabilities in activities of prosecutor's offices, reached the agreement on the following:

Article 1

Within the competence to build cooperation of the Parties of this agreement on the principles of equality, observance of contractual commitments and mutual respect.

Article 2

The parties shall give each other help:

- on accomplishment of separate legal proceedings;

- on accomplishment of the supervising functions connected with investigation of crimes;

- on consideration of questions of rehabilitation illegally convicts and repressed persons;

- on assistance in search of missing persons;

- on transfer of materials of public prosecutor's and investigative activities;

- on other questions of public prosecutor's activities.

Article 3

Help is not given if it contradicts the legislation of the required Party.

Article 4

For the organization of cooperation of the Party form Council of Attorney-Generals which procedure for activities is determined by Regulations.

Article 5

When rendering the Party to legal assistance communicate with each other through the central bodies if interstate agreements do not establish other procedure.
