About entering of amendments into the Regulations on procedure for consideration of the addresses brought into the Constitutional court

1. To add the regulations on procedure for consideration of the addresses brought into the Constitutional court, approved by Determination of the Constitutional court No. AG-3 of June 3, 2014 with Items 40-1 – 40-5 following contents:

"40-1. The author of the address can participate in open session of the Constitutional court personally or delegate the representative.

40-2. The representative of the author of the address and representatives of public bodies invited to open sessions of the Constitutional court shall be licentiates of the right, except as specified, when the Plenum of court made other decision. Qualification of the representative is confirmed by the relevant documents.

40-3. In case of delegation by the author of the address and public bodies of several representatives, at least one of them shall be the licentiate of the right. The chairman of meeting, after consultation with the agent of the party, solves procedure for performances.
