recognizing need of settlement of cross financial liabilities according to bilateral agreements, agreements and protocols,
agreed as follows:
The parties recognize availability of the cross financial liabilities including: from the Russian Side:
rent receivable for use of the Baikonur complex in 1994 - 1998 according to the Lease agreement of the Baikonur complex between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 1994 - 575 million US dollars;
rent receivable for use of military proving grounds in 1997 - 1998 according to the Contract between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on lease of the proving ground of Sara-Shagan of October 18, 1996, the Contract between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on lease of the proving ground Emba of October 18, 1996, the Contract between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on lease of the objects and fighting fields 929 of the State flight-test center of the Russian Federation located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 1996, the Contract between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on lease of the objects and fighting fields 4 of the State central polygon of the Russian Federation located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 1996 in the total amount of 55 million US dollars;
