About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning guarantees of social protection of some categories of persons from among participants of anti-terrorist operation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with subsequent changes):

Paragraph one of Item 19 parts one of article 6 after the words "military personnel of military prosecutor's offices" to add 1) with words of "face of the private and the commanding structure of divisions of operational providing anti-terrorist operation zones of the central executive body realizing the state tax policy, state policy in the field of state customs affairs";

Item 11 parts two of Article 7 and the paragraph of the eighth of Item 1 of article 10 after words of "the military personnel of military prosecutor's offices" to add 2) with words of "faces of the private and the commanding structure of divisions of operational providing anti-terrorist operation zones of the central executive body realizing the state tax policy, state policy in the field of the public customs affairs".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About fight against terrorism" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 25, Art. 180 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 4:
