Article 1. Regarding 1 article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About foreign persons" of December 25, 2006 number "90" to replace ZR-47-N (further - the Law) with number "180".
Article 2. To add article 9 of the Law with part 4.1 following of content:
"4.1. Citizens of the states specified in part 4 of this Article, Armenians on nationality on border crossing points of the Republic of Armenia, can receive the entrance visa without invitation. The list of the documents proving circumstance that they are Armenians on nationality establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

"Article 12. Departure from the Republic of Armenia

2. The foreign person subjected to the administrative responsibility on signs of part 1 of article 201 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia without the valid passport and the valid document confirming legal stay or accommodation in the territory of the Republic of Armenia until departure from the Republic of Armenia can leave from the territory of the Republic of Armenia in case of presentation to body of border control of the receipt on payment of penalty (other document certifying payment of penalty).
3. Departure of the foreigner from the Republic of Armenia is forbidden if in the procedure established by the law:
