About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About foreign persons"

Article 1. From part 3 of Article 1 and part 3 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About foreign persons" of December 25, 2006 ZR-47-N (further - the Law), the words "status of the refugee or political" to exclude.

Article 2. Parts 1 of Article 8 and the last paragraph of the Item "in" of article 19 of the Law to state the last paragraph of the Item "in" in the following edition:

Article 5. To add article 30 of the Law with part 2 following of content:

"The obligation established by part of 1 this Article does not extend in the relation of those foreigners who in the procedure established by the Law are in reflection term.".

Article 6. This law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of official publication.
