About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About foreign persons"

Article 1. Part 3 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About foreign persons" of December 25, 2006 ZR-47-N (further - the Law), after the words "without work permit" to add with words ", except as specified, provided by this Law".

Article 2. Parts 6 of article 11 of the Law after the words "in the field of" to add the Item "in" with the words "from the Government of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 3. In article 22 of the Law:

The first parts 2 of the word "this to the worker" shall be replaced with words 1) in the offer "provided for the worker", and in the second offer of the word "Authorized Body of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia in the field of Work and Employment of Foreign Persons" - words "Authorized body";

Article 4. To add article 23 of the Law with the Items "about" and "p" of the following content:

"o) the foreign persons exempted from the requirement of receipt of the work permit by force of the corresponding international treaties of the Republic of Armenia;

o) the foreign specialists having high qualification on the separate specialties established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
