Article 1. "About protection of the economic competition" (ZR-112 of November 6, 2000) to state the last paragraph of part 1 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"The materials and data included in the reports collected by means of observations of administrative nature are not considered as unsolved information.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the next day after official publication.
