About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About protection of the economic competition"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 4, 2005
Article 1. "About protection of the economic competition" (ZR-112 of November 6, 2000, further - the Law) to add part 2 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the Item "e" of the following content:
"e) interfering (limiting) entry into the market of other business entities or forcing out them from the market.".
Article 2. In article 19 of the Law:
a) 3 lists of the Item "and" of part 1 "disaggregation of the business entities abusing dominant position" shall be replaced with words words in line "disaggregation (separation, allocation, alienation of share or means) of the business entities who abused dominant position two and more times within one year
b) after part 1 to add parts 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
"1.1. Stipulated in Item "and" parts of 1 this Article the decision of the Commission is subject to execution by business entities no later than within 6 months.
1.2. If any business entity does not represent at the scheduled time to consideration (on studying) necessary documents or other data or otherwise interferes with process of consideration (observation), the Commission is competent to make decisions based on the documents which are available at the order and other information. Adoption of the decisions provided by this part does not exempt business entities from obligations or responsibility.".
Article 3. To state article 25 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 25. Declaration of the income of members of the commission
Members of the commission show declarations of the income in the procedure established by the law.".
