About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About protection of the economic competition"

Article 1. Words of part 3 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About protection of the economic competition" (ZR-112 of November 6, 2000, further - the Law) "has the right to stop unfair competition, taken a legal action" shall be replaced with words "has the right to take a legal action with the requirement to stop unfair competition".
Article 2. To state the title of Chapter 5.1 of the Law in the following edition:
"The state support and examination of legal acts and signed agreements".
Article 3. Add the law with Article 16.2 of the following content:
"Article 16.2. Examination of legal acts and signed agreements
The commission performs examination about compliance of the agreements accepted by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, state bodies and local government bodies of legal acts and signed by them, to the legislation on protection of the economic competition. Examination is performed by the Commission on own initiative or according to the statement of any physical person or legal entity or body adopting the legal act or signing the agreement. These bodies can appeal to the Commission about conducting examination before adoption of the legal act or agreement signature, for receipt of the corresponding positive conclusion.
The commission represents the conclusion about results of examination of the legal act or the agreement within ten days after receipt of the statement.".
Article 4. To add part 6 of article 30 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following content:
