About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1.1. add Item 1 with subitems 1.1-1, 1.18-1.21 of the following content:

1.19. in case of recognition of the procedure of public procurement in general or concerning separate parts (lots) of subject of public procurement cancelled the customer (organizer) has the right to carry out procurement procedure from one source:

in coordination with state body (organization) to which it is subordinated, or in structure which system the customer or to whom its shares (share in authorized fund) which are in state-owned property are transferred to the control enters, and in the absence of such state body (organization) - with authorized state body on public procurements;
