"7. Systematic registration of earlier arisen rights (encumbrance of the rights) to real estate is performed within five working days from the moment of receipt of the statement of owners and (or) transfer of the valid data about earlier arisen rights (encumbrances of the rights) from other information systems.".

"14. When implementing accounting registration of earlier arisen rights to primary and secondary objects technical data sheet on real estate object by the owner is not submitted. The state technical inspection when carrying out systematic registration is performed gratuitously by The Government for Citizens State corporation to which competence the state technical accounting in the location of real estate object is referred.".
2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order and its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
